Note: Items marked with an * are required items.
Membership is $20.00 per twelve months and covers the period Month/Year to end of paid Month/Year(s) (i.e., November 2020 to November 2021).
(Note: Payment of dues are waived for active duty sailors serving aboard DDG 104.)
