Our last business meeting in Baltimore . . .

We thought at this Reunion we would do things a little differently, and give all of you a chance to have your say.  Looks like this will the the highest attendance of any Reunion, so we will have good representation at the meeting, but we still would still like to hear from you.

2005 Reunion Highlights

Reunion Location in 2009

What is your favorite pick? East Coast? West Coast? Central Coast? Reno?

Let us know with your reply. Note we believe that DDG-104 will be homeported in San Diego by spring/summer of 2009.

Officers 2007-2009

We need to elect a full slate of new officers at the meeting and welcome any nominations you have before the meeting. All nominations received will be announced at the business meeting.  No attribution on the nominations, so you may self-nominate or nominate a "friend" with impunity!

President

Vice-President

Secretary/Treasurer

Members-at large: 3

Reunion Committee: 2-3 from the area of the selected reunion site

Reunion 2007 Silent Auction

Shipmate Richard Martin and his wife Linda are organizing a silent auction which will occur during the dinner at the Reunion. Linda has handcrafted a quilt with a WWII motif which she is generously donating to our Silent Auction. Richard and Linda live in a special part of the world and are also offering a chance to visit their home as another auction item.

Special USS STERETT Shipmate's Reserve Wine!

We will have a limited amount of this special California Merlot bottled with a special Christening label.

USS STERETT DLG-31 CG-31 Plaques

Shipmate Elden Miller has donated a number of Sterett plaques for the silent auction and Shipmate Phil Wasinger is adding a few of his creation for the auction.

If you have any items you would like to contribute to the cause, please let us know.  Mac McGuire has agreed to donate  an hour of non-stop sea-stories.  Do I hear a dollar?
